When you place an order on our website, the amount is debited from your card immediately in euros, and not only at the moment of shipment.

If you wish to request a refund, you can contact us within 14 Days of receiving your order. One your refund is approved, It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.
